About

I've spent more than twenty years leading people and operations. That has meant running a freight terminal, managing enterprise partner programs for companies like Microsoft, Google, and HP, placing physicians with the hospitals that needed them, and today leading senior living communities.

The industries change. The work doesn't: hire and develop good leaders, set clear measures, review them every month, and fix the processes that get in people's way. When that's done well, care gets better and the numbers follow.

Before now: Executive Director at Kisco Senior Living, Placing Manager at CHG Healthcare, Specialty Team Manager at MarketStar, and ten years in freight operations at YRC. B.S. in Business Information Systems from the University of Utah.

Projects

Game Night

A party-game platform I designed and built for family and friends. The TV is the game board and everyone plays from their own phone, with nothing to download. Nine games so far, including Flaro, a live quiz with bonus rounds.

At work I've also helped design several internal tools, most recently a portal where outside customers request services across multiple service lines.
